• Catherine has one child; and a son named Austin Colton Graison from second marriage to Cooper Graison.

• Once worked as a waitress in New Jersey diners to make ends when she was young. She was never a very good waitress because she could never hold her tongue against rude customers. Was fired twice and quit once.

• Currently owns her own interior design firm, Graison Interiors, with the main office in Boston and her secondary office at her home.

• Owns two dogs, both American Bulldog pure breeds named Sampson and Dozer. Did not purchase either dog until her son was over the age of 13.

• Cooper is hardly ever home as he is a traveling sales associate for New York Times Regional Management Group so Catherine has had both her dogs trained to guard their property when he is not there.

• Catherine has recently been diagnosed with Type two Diabetes and has to keep her self check kit with her at all times. When sugar levels dip too low, she becomes lethargic and often passes out. Must keep small candies in her purse to ensure this does not happen.

• Absolutely enjoys the autumn and winter months. Often makes the entire family go apple picking with her on family vacations. Catherine also enjoys shopping at flea markets, antique shops and thrift stores for different pieces of furniture that she can restore.

• Enjoys reading in her free time and has a library in her home full of all types of books. She owns more books of poetry than any other type of book. Her favorite poets are Dickinson, Silverstein, Frost, Poe, Hughes, Wilde, Whitman, Cummings and Angelou.

• When Catherine was 21, she married Justin Alderman and thought that their love was ever lasting and everything would be perfect. Little did she know, first loves did not last all of the time and her recovery time after the divorce stretched on for two years after that. Justin will always be her first love

• Catherine has allergies to latex and strawberries. When she was 11, Cathy had to be rush to the hospital due to an allergic reaction to a strawberry milkshake. Her parents had not known the youngster was allergic to the seeded fruit until that point.

• Catherine has no tattoos and finds then deplorable; not quite understanding why women get such things on their bodies. Her ears are pierced, however as she enjoys jewelry too much not to have them pierced.

• Catherine is very strong in her opinion on abortion, partial birth abortion and the "morning after" pill. She feels anyone who is grown up enough to do what creates a baby is grown up enough to take care of that child and that abortion is just a way to shirk responsibilities.

• Catherine is very head strong and opinionated. She is sweet by nature but has learned over the years that one does not always have to be sweet and can speak their mind when the desire rises. She has never intentionally hurt someone's feelings and when she does cause someone to be upset she has felt like a jerk for hours afterward.

• Catherine would have been a Christmas baby but she was 10 days premature as her mother and father were in an automobile accident on the evening of December 15th; the accident send her mother into early labor from the jolt of the car.
